

Our Church Staff
Vicar
Vicar Philip began serving at Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church in August 2024. In addition, he serves as the Vicar at Brickerville United Lutheran Church. Vicar Philip is currently completing the requirements for ordination through the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America’s Theological Education for Emerging Ministries program and attends United Lutheran Seminary – Gettysburg Campus. Vicar Philip was raised in Southern Lancaster County, graduated from Penn Manor High School, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and Booth University College. Prior to entering full time ministry, Vicar Philip spent twenty-eight years in the hospitality industry working in the lodging, restaurant, non-profit, and senior living segments throughout Southern Vermont, South Central Pennsylvania, and in the City of Philadelphia. He resides west of Lancaster City with his wife, daughter, and mother-in-law.

Office Administrator
Zachary Fetter, is a resident in Stevens, PA and a graduate of Cocalico High School. He was baptized and confirmed in this congregation. He served on Congregational Council, and on the Envisioning Committee. He currently serves on Worship & Music Committee. He is very active in the worship service where he does Acolyte, Zoom Monitor, Assisting Minister, and Choir. His favorite sport is bowling and he likes to sing. His favorite thing to do is volunteer with events at Jerusalem and with the Akron Lions Club. Zachary is majoring in Integrative Studies at Reading Area Community College for two years, and transferring to Alvernia University for two years to major in theology.
