Vicar

Philip J. Supeck
​Vicar Philip began serving at Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church in August 2024. In addition, he serves as the Vicar at Brickerville United Lutheran Church. Vicar Philip is currently completing the requirements for ordination through the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America’s Theological Education for Emerging Ministries program and attends United Lutheran Seminary – Gettysburg Campus. Vicar Philip was raised in Southern Lancaster County, graduated from Penn Manor High School, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and Booth University College. Prior to entering full time ministry, Vicar Philip spent twenty-eight years in the hospitality industry working in the lodging, restaurant, non-profit, and senior living segments throughout Southern Vermont, South Central Pennsylvania, and in the City of Philadelphia. He resides west of Lancaster City with his wife, daughter, and mother-in-law.

Donna Nace
Donna began serving Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church in November 2025. Donna has served as an organist for more than three decades, offering music that has become a cherished part of the congregation’s worship life. Known for a deep love of sacred music and a steadfast commitment to excellence, Donna has played for countless Sunday services, weddings, funerals, and special celebrations, enriching each moment with artistry and reverence.
Donna began studying organ at a young age and has continued to grow in musicianship throughout the years, drawing inspiration from both classical repertoire and traditional hymnody. Donna's playing is marked by joy, sensitivity, skill, and a heartfelt desire to support the spiritual life of the church.
Beyond weekly worship, Donna has mentored musicians, collaborated with pastors and music directors, and helped cultivate a vibrant musical culture within the congregation. Donna's dedication has made her not only a musician but a trusted partner in ministry and a beloved presence in the church community.
Donna’s legacy is woven into the very sound of the congregation’s worship—an enduring gift of faith, devotion, and music offered to the glory of God.
